Comment:
I-2.4.3.3.f : During certification activities with the state of Oregon, ES&S has received feedback that there are no statutes in Oregon that prohibit an overvote. Although Overvotes are "undesirable" they are allowable.
Recommended Change:
"It is recommended the requirement be changed to the following:
""Prevent the voter from over voting when permissible by state legislation or regulation;"
