insist on independence and secrecy for all voters by:
5. Ensuring that all voters may exercise their rights and
responsibilities independently.
I ask the Commission to continue advocating for the rights of voters
with disabilities, by insisting on equal access and secrecy in the voting
process. Further, I encourage the Commission to insist on compliance
by January 2006 and to not give into those who would like to see HAVA
delayed or weakened. | | |
