Association: testing   Source: VSS It is not clear whether "determine" means to issue a judgement or to establish conclusively. If the latter, "verification" almost never achieves it. Also, this defines “verification” only in the context of evaluating a svoting system, as opposed to verification of ballots, and thus defines the word “verification” that is inconsistent with its usage elsewhere in this glossary.
